Groups & workshops

At ASM, our mission is to connect and build a supportive community for our clients and all neurodivergent adults.

We offer a range of workshops and peer support groups throughout the year, covering a variety of relevant topics. All events are delivered live online and facilitated by experienced consultants.

We especially recommend these groups and events if one-to-one coaching or mentoring has ended, isn’t affordable, or if you’re feeling lonely or isolated in your neurodivergence - or simply want to connect with others who may be in the same boat.

Our events are calm, practical, and neuroinclusive. They balance tools, strategies, and advice with shared experiences and peer learning, always in a low-pressure environment with no expectation to perform.

Groups

Groups provide a supportive and welcoming environment to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and offer mutual support. ASM will be hosting a variety of groups throughout the year, open to everyone, whether you are currently employed or seeking employment.

Workshops

We know how much value can be had in shared experiences and connections, which is why ASM are launching a series of workshops for the neurodivergent community.

All workshops can be either self funded or paid for via current employment grant.

“I really loved this workshop. I really loved being able to communicate non speaking being someone partially verbal. I loved connecting with everyone and I think I’ll try to remember on really bad days that others in the workshop experience the same or similar things to me.”

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for the webinar; I have found it so valuable. Feeling ‘heard’ through other people’s similar experiences; having a broad not narrow range of life experiences to witness, being able to talk and share, I now I feel a little hopeful about a new chapter. It’s great to have adult-specific content as in my own personal research experience much information is aimed at children and young people.”

“Just wanted to thank you again for the excellent workshop yesterday. I thought it was great and the feedback from colleagues has been excellent- lots of people mentioning how much they learned. I think your willingness to share your personal experiences of neurodiversity was really powerful and helped to engage people and make them understand the content.”
