Workplace support & mentoring
Workplace Support & Mentoring provides ongoing, one-on-one support for neurodivergent employees, with guidance for managers. This on-the-ground service helps embed workplace adjustments and supports employees to develop personalised strategies to thrive at work.
What it is
Structured, time-limited support to help an employee and their workplace put adjustments into practice. It combines one-to-one mentoring for the employee with practical guidance for their manager or HR, so changes stick.
This often follows a Workplace Needs Assessment, but it can also be used on its own when the needs are already clear.
