Work with us as a Mentor or Coach

Who this is for

We welcome rolling applications from people who can deliver practical, employment-focused support for neurodivergent adults, including autistic people and people with ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and related profiles.

Many of our mentors hold senior, full-time roles and mentor alongside them. The work is designed to fit around a busy week and suits people who value thoughtful conversations and practical progress.

What we look for

We value:

  • Strong judgement in real workplace situations

  • The ability to translate insight into practical strategies

  • Calm, respectful communication

  • Reliability, boundaries, and clear contracting

  • Comfort working with overlap and complexity

  • A strengths-based approach that avoids deficit framing

We do not expect perfection. We do expect professionalism, reflective practice, and an outcomes focus.

What we offer

  • Fair pay, never below the Real Living Wage, with competitive rates for senior and specialist roles

  • A share in our success through our Employee Ownership Trust bonus

  • Flexible, work-from-home friendly ways of working

  • Thoughtful matching of mentors to client contexts

  • Clear ways of working, safeguarding, and confidentiality boundaries

Sponsor or Fund Access

Help widen access to support that changes lives

Many neurodivergent adults face barriers to support, even when the need is clear. Sponsorship and funding partnerships help us reach people who are jobseeking, under-employed, or in unstable work situations, and who may not be able to self-fund.

Funding can support:

  • Jobseeking support and interview preparation

  • Early-stage workplace mentoring

  • Group programmes and workshops

  • Resource development that remains free to the community

We work with sponsors and funders to agree outcomes, reporting, and ethical delivery. We focus on real access and real impact.
