The Work We Do
Our work spans mentoring, executive coaching, employment support, and neuroinclusion training. We support neurodivergent adults including autistic people and people with ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and related profiles.

We are looking for people with experience in areas such as:

Coaching or mentoring, with lived or professional experience supporting neurodivergent individuals

Supporting employers to explore and implement practical workplace adjustments
-
Delivering engaging, informative neuroinclusion training to organisations
-
Mentoring neurodivergent students navigating university and preparing for life beyond it
-
Delivering groups and workshops for neurodivergent students and adults
-
Supporting neurodivergent people to find, secure, and sustain meaningful employment
-
Providing leadership or executive coaching grounded in inclusive practice
Our work is practical, employment-focused, and outcomes-driven. We translate insight into strategy, and strategy into real-world progress.

Who This Role Suits
Many of our mentors and coaches hold senior, part-time or full-time roles and work with us alongside them. The work is designed to fit around a busy week and suits those who value thoughtful conversations and practical outcomes.
