Neurodiversity Drop-Ins for your organisation

Supporting neurodivergent individuals, colleagues, and families at work in a holistic and confidential way.

AS Mentoring can host half-day or full-day drop-in sessions, either in-person or virtually, for your employees. These sessions provide a safe, confidential space where team members can speak one-to-one with an experienced neurodiversity professional who can listen, guide, inform, signpost, and build confidence around any concerns.

Whether your employees are neurodivergent themselves, support a neurodivergent colleague, or need guidance in a home context, these sessions help individuals gain practical insights, tools, and resources to support themselves and others.

These sessions are a great way to demonstrate that your organisation genuinely values a supportive and neuroinclusive culture.

How It Works

  • Format: 1:1 sessions, 40 minutes, via Teams, phone call, or face-to-face

  • Pre-booking: Sessions are scheduled in advance with one of our specialists

  • Support Provided: We listen, guide, share resources, follow up, and can provide themed insights to help shape culture or process changes in your organisation in a sensitive and practical way.
