Training & workshops
One of the most effective ways to foster a neuroinclusive workplace is through training and workshops for your staff. ASM provides engaging, practical training sessions that go beyond awareness – we focus on changing everyday behaviours and practices in your organisation, not just increasing knowledge. Our workshops are interactive (no dull lectures here) and filled with real-world examples and tips that attendees can apply immediately.

“Thank you for delivering such an insightful and engaging Lunch & Learn on neuroinclusivity in the workplace for Foundations.
Your session not only deepened our understanding of neurodiversity but also provided practical strategies we can apply immediately to create a more inclusive environment for all colleagues.
The way you combined real-world examples with actionable tips made the topic accessible and relevant, and the open discussion encouraged everyone to reflect on how we can adapt our practices. Your facilitation style was warm, interactive, and highly engaging, creating a safe space for questions and honest conversation.
We left feeling empowered to make meaningful changes that support neurodiverse talent and strengthen our culture of inclusion.”

“We were introduced to Charlotte a couple of months ago after Isabel had previously worked with AS Mentoring in another organisation. As Veran continues to grow, we have seen an increasing number of colleagues and candidates feeling comfortable sharing that they are neurodivergent. We wanted to ensure that our colleagues, managers and HR team had the knowledge and confidence to provide the right support, so we asked Charlotte to deliver neurodiversity awareness training across the business.
From the outset, Charlotte took the time to understand our business, our culture and what we wanted to achieve. She listened carefully to our brief and tailored the training to meet our needs.
The session was informative, engaging and incredibly well received. Charlotte's warm, authentic communication style, combined with her willingness to share her own lived experience, created a safe and inclusive environment where colleagues felt comfortable discussing their own neurodiversity and that of family members. This openness was a real testament to the trust she built throughout the session.
The feedback from colleagues has been overwhelmingly positive. Many commented on the quality of the training and Charlotte's engaging delivery, and we've received numerous requests for more in-depth training specifically for line managers, which we're now looking to explore with her.
Charlotte brings not only expertise but genuine passion and authenticity to her work. We look forward to continuing our relationship with her and would highly recommend her to any organisation looking to build greater awareness, understanding and confidence around neurodiversity in the workplace."
