Mentoring is a specialist one-to-one support service where you work closely with an ASM mentor over a period of time. Think of a mentor as a knowledgeable guide and ally: someone who can help you understand yourself better, tackle obstacles, and advocate for what you need - at work or in your home life. Our style of mentoring is practical and hands-on. It’s not about giving lectures or homework; it’s about having a steady, supportive relationship where you can problem-solve together and build confidence.
What it is
Mentoring is practical, one-to-one support focused on working and/or home life. You work with an ASM mentor over a period of time to make life feel more manageable and sustainable.
